Message	It takes more energy to get the hydrogen out of water than the hydrogen will give the combustion process. If what he was saying was correct, you could make a car that ran off water. But you can't. That would be a type of perputual motion machine. By adding this system to your car, you'll only gain a LOSS of efficiency. This guy seems like yet another clueless nut that thinks he found the holy grail of science, perpetual motion.
